The Hotel Saint Paul is strategically located in Rome, surrounded by the business districts to the south of the city and very well connected to the Nuova Fiera trade fair grounds, Fiumicino airport and the GRA (Rome ring road), yet it is also close enough to the major attractions in the Eternal City. We are just a stone's throw from the EUR business district (with its Palace of Congresses) and to Cristóforo Colombo.
We are also surrounded by the neighbourhoods of Ostiense and Testaccio, the latter being the headquarters of Macro Future, a branch of the Contemporary Art Museum reserved for new artistic expressions. Nearby is the PalaLottomatica, the largest entertainment pavilion in Rome, which hosts a constant string of sporting, musical and cultural events. There is a train to the Fiumicino International Airport every 15 minutes from the Ostiense station.
The hotel is located just a four-minute walk from the impressive Saint Paul Outside the Walls (San Paolo Fuori le Mura), one of the four cathedrals in Rome. Saint Paul's basilica, a UNESCO Human Heritage Site and the second largest cathedral in Rome, has a curious feature: it is not actually part of Italy; rather it is an extra-territorial property of the Vatican. The hotel is also very near the Università degli Studi Roma Tre. Through the San Paolo stop, all the wonders of the Eternal City are within your reach: the Trevi Fountain, Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza di Spagna, Via Veneto, Santa Maria Maggiore, the Colosseum, the Quirinale Palace, Trajan's Column, the Imperial Forums, Castello de Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Villa Borghese, Campo dei Fiori, Palazzo Farnese and of course the Vatican and Trastevere.
